nice with a friendly front desk staff. Relaxing
indoor pool which is never crowded and they
had a great gym facilities and this was
great! Great rate for room breakfast and
being close to all Waco attractions.

again, I am from CA and stayed here last
year cause I was visiting with family. I
am a picky pick about staying at hotels
and having everything just right. I have
to say rooms perfect but to be able to be
treated with friendly people and a swift
response when things are not is a plus....

20, 2006 Frost, Atlanta, Georgia I was very impressed
with this hotel, I stayed here before and
wow, the customer service, the quality of
the room, and the facilities they offered
was greatly improved. This hotel has become
a lot nicer than it use to be about two
years ago, and the people were excellent.

Manager's Reception (Monday through Wednesday)...
Because I travel extensively, room comfort
and staff personability are key. All of
the rooms I have stayed in so far (at least
four different rooms to date) have a mini-fridge,
microwave, and lots of space! This Comfort
Suites has an excellent Sales Manager and
we have found her to be the heart and soul
of this hotel. She personally makes sure
our work crews enjoy their stays. I sincerely
have no hesitation recommending this hotel.

even though the locatiion is little far.
The staff was very professional and helpful.
The room was very clean, the bathroom was
neat and all the towels were very clean
and fresh. I did not use the pool, but it
looked very clean and well kept. The breakfast
was good and have plenty to eat, make your
own waffle. We will stay here again if we
visit Waco in the future. Overall, this
is a very good hotel for the price we paid
and the service we received.
